No one will ever know what Amy Winehouse would have thought about the posthumous release of her unfinished album 'Amy Winehouse Lioness: Hidden Treasures,' but she likely would've been happy that her friend Bryan Adams shot the cover."My photo of @amywinehouse for her new album cover 2011" Adams tweeted earlier today with a link to the photo. The picture shows Winehouse looking downward to her right away from the camera lens. There's no word exactly when the photo was taken but Adams previously photographed the late singer in 2007 for a nonprofit organization 'Hear The World' along with individual shots of Joss Stone and Common, among others. Adams' photography of Winehouse also appeared in 'Harper's Bazaar' in September 2010 and in a 2008 Telegraph article, Adams revealed the singer stayed at his home on Mustique over the 2007 Christmas holidays. "I don't even know, truthfully, how anybody knows I know her -- other than the fact I photographed her" Adams said in the interview. "I don't really want to talk about it. Because it's her business. You know what I mean?" "I just through it would be nice for someone to come and spend time...But I don't want to focus on that." The Canadian rock star also attended the funeral for Winehouse who passed away July 23. As previously reported, the posthumous 12-track album will be released Dec. 5 in the U.K. and Dec. 6 in North America. The record will featured several previously unreleased songs as well as three covers. Credit(s): Spinner.com (Article), Amywinehouse.com (Photo)
