Cricket fans all over the world will be treated to Bryan Adams’ performance on the opening ceremony of the World Cup 2011.
Bryan Adams is scheduled to tour the sub-continent around the same time when the World Cup kicks off. The World Cup opening ceremony in Dhaka will be held on February 18, 2011 and it will be broadcast to more than 220 countries.
On his tour to India, Bryan will be performing in the four metros Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad and New Delhi and will be heading straight to the World Cup opening ceremony in Dhaka. Bryan, a cricket lover himself, is expected to tour Bangladesh after his opening ceremony performance.
The World Cup 2011 is being hosted by India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh and India will be facing Bangladesh in the tournament opener on February 19. India are placed in Group B along with England, South Africa, Bangladesh, West Indies, Netherlands and Ireland.
