Bryan excited to be back in Mumbai again!

Rock star Bryan Adams is excited about coming to Mumbai again. Here is an excerpt from an interview with the rocker by a local daily:
Q: You’re coming back to Mumbai after five years. What memories do you have of the last gig?
A: Actually, let’s talk about the first gig in Mumbai at the cricket stadium. They divided the pitch in half with huge posts.
One side of the pitch had the seats and the people from the city, on the other side of the fence were the members of the cricket club. It was so weird.
Then, someone ran on stage, grabbed the mike and yelled “I thought I’d died and gone to heaven”, then jumped off the stage into the crowd. It was a different kind of evening. (more…)

Canadian rocker Bryan Adams has annouced he will rock the Pops in Liverpool this Summer. With hits like ‘Run To You’, ‘Summer of ‘69′, and ‘(Everything I Do) I Do It For You’ , Adams reputation as one of rock music’s biggest stars is assured.









AN extra 300 seats will be available for Bryan Adams’ concert at the County Ground.
Bryan Adams has lined up a batch of new tour dates, beginning with a few gigs in his native Canada later this week. He’ll also play shows in May, including stops in Las Vegas, Denver, Colorado and Memphis, Tennessee. Adams told us that he likes doing just a few performances a month: “My schedule — sort of today — after all the work I’ve done is still pretty busy. We go out 10 days a month on tour. I’m basically somewhere. You can always see me somewhere in the world some month if you got a plane ticket. The way I like to work now is like basically 10 days a month. And you know that suits me because it’s enough time on tour to make it fun and interesting, and it’s enough time at home that I want to get back on the road again.”
Manager Bruce Allen would prefer that his long-time client Bryan Adams not be interviewed for his own Canadian Music Hall of Fame tribute piece — understandably, of course.



Blonde bombshell Pamela Anderson is planning to team up with her fellow Canadian native Bryan Adams at his major open-air concert in Ireland this summer. The former Baywatch beauty is expected to perform with the singer as he rocks Galway’s Pearse Stadium in June. Pamela revealed her singing skills when she added her vocals to Bryan’s latest album – performing with him on the Mel C duet, Baby When You’re Gone, for the 25-year anthology of his hits which was released last year.
SWINDON Town has announced that an additional 800 tickets have been made available for the Bryan Adams concert in June.

Pizza-faced Canuck rocker Bryan Adams will give two concerts in Hungary in late November. The shows are part of a tour to mark the 25th anniversary of his career, and apparently have nothing to do with the 50th anniversary of the crushing of the Hungarian uprising, though frankly 25 years of Bryan Adams is not totally dissimilar to 25 years under the yolk of the Russkies.




For almost two hours Tuesday night, the Canadian rock star took the audience in Messecenter Herning on an unforgettable trip.
Bryan’s photographs of actor, Mickey Rourke will be on display at this year’s Photokina 2006 Trade Fair in Cologne, Germany. The exhibit runs at the Visual Gallery and starts Tuesday, 26 September and runds until 1 October.
